Senior Software Engineer


Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science
• 2 years Java programming and experience developing on J2EE platform
• 2 years JSP Servlet development experience
• 4 years Relational Database systems development, management and maintenance experience in popular SQL DB engines such as MySql or MS SQL
• Unified Modeling Language (UML) knowledge and experience
• Project leading skills and experience
• Passion to learn

Summary:

The applicant will be responsible for the software development life cycle, which requires analysis, design, modeling, development, and maintenance of the software. 
Littlefish Broadband Media considers excellent software design as essential for company growth. Good design reduces development time and therefore is cost efficient. Unified Modeling Language (UML) is today’s the most efficient way to develop cost-effective software products. For this reason UML knowledge is essential for any applicant.

The software engineer will design front and back end software, while providing an interface to the underlying database. Beyond technical requirements, this position requires team leading skills and experience. Software development is a team effort and leadership is essential. The software engineer must balance social and technical knowledge as he or she will be the only person who can be technically capable of managing the development process.

Senior Interactive Designer

 
Requirements:
• 3 years interactive design experience with supporting portfolio
• Excellent understanding of the latest web technologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to drive and be responsible for all creative aspects of a project
• Natural tendency for attention to the smallest detail
• Passion to learn

Summary:

As a senior designer you will drive the creative vision through innovation and your passion for design. You will be responsible for developing high-level design concepts and final designs which are aligned with the client's vision. You must thrive on leading brainstorm sessions and be skilled at delivering precise client presentations as they pertain to the creative vision of a project.
